Is there a local tender to Cayo Levantado?

We will be on the HAL Noordam. The HAL ship excursion Cave & Mangrove Exploration with Beach Escape mentions "On the way back you will visit the beautiful island of Cayo Levantado, which has a beautiful beach with perfect white sand. Take some time to relax here before returning to the ship at your leisure by the nearby local tender."

 

HAL also offers a ship excursion....Cayo Levantado Beach Escape for $44.95 pp. That includes the boat ride to Cayo Levantado, a drink, and a beach chair.

 

Does anyone know if the local tender exists? Can you go both ways using this local tender and do you know the cost? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
