Seeking reviews of mayan princess, day pass?

I have reserved a day pass beach and pool access at mayan princess for $25 pp in march. I am seeking reviews from anyone who's used the facilities there recently. Thanks

What do you want to know? It's a nice property. Pool is set back from the beach between the buildings. ( Infinity Bay resort is nicer with their pool right on the beach, imo but harder to get a day pass. )

Does your pass SAY you are definitely allowed use of the pool? Make sure it says that in writing. They were restricting that a bit ago. It could depend on season and amount of users.

one review I read said that easter week, which is when we'll be there- was a mad house and MP overbooked day passes. The email I received listed 3 options, one beach only, one beach and pool, and one AI with beach and pool.

 

I am still so confused by all the choices.

I would email Mayan directly and print the pass you choose so you have proof in writing.

 

As said above... Mayan is a lovely spot. The good snorkeling is a bit of a walk down the beach.
