Anyone know which dining room is used for the any time dining?

And how are the hair dryers?

Last week the Galaxy Dining Room was used for anytime dining. The new rooms (we were in 6234) had a hairdryer.

 

Anyone know which dining room is used for the any time dining?

And how are the hair dryers?

Wife said the hairdryer on Destiny was typical. Hard to use and not hot enough.

I have thick hair and had no problems with the hair dryer. Of course it took me a minute to figure out that it was actually a hair dryer (first Carnival Cruise). I wouldnt waste the space packing my own.

The Galaxy Dining Room second floor was used for ATD during our cruise.

 

With the hair dryer, if you get a room that has already been upgraded, you will have a typical hotel hairdryer. If you are in a room that has not yet gone through upgrades, then you will have an older, hard to figure out hairdryer. Took me some time to get it working, but it works about the same.

Galaxy 2nd floor in the corner, not a nice area for ATD, waiter was rude only went twice. Hair dryer is adequate, not bad enough to take my own.

The Universe dining room was 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. dining over the holidays (xmas)

Since our stateroom was near the front on deck 8 it meant a walk along cabin corridor to the back elevator as not all floors have thru access because of the galley. Galaxy was anytime dining.

We found ourselves on a small table by ourselves for first night. We asked to move to an 8 table to meet new people. Met 2 lovely couples for a chat between courses.

New efficient hairdrier in the refurbished room fore deck 8. Enjoy your holiday
