buggystuff Posted December 30, 2012 #1 Share Posted December 30, 2012 Having a difficult time submitting online, is this a common problem? http://www.carnival.com/fcv For those not familiar, Carnival had a program, that is now discontinued since Sept, 2012, you purchased a FCV for $100, payable now, then when you book, you get your $100 back, plus up to $200 OBC ($100 for a 7 day cruise) There is the option of mailing via certified mail, but in a digital world? We did ours a couple weeks ago, no Problem. But I have seen a few people having trouble. A couple years ago when the online thing first started I had trouble made a call, and the nice lady on the phone did it for me. :) good luck, and try again...if it wont work, try calling it in. That said, you can get the form to submit. Use Internet Explorer (Not Chrome, not Firefox, not Safari, not android browser) and set it for compatibility mode for that page.
