Piano bar schedule please help interpret?

I saw on John Healds facebook a list of piano players and dates , does anyone know if the dates listed are the dates the player leaves or arrives?

 

I am assuming for now it is when the piano player ise leaving as Destiny it lists -DE Steven Burks 02/22/13 (Drydock) -that must be when the ship begins her transformation to Sunshine.

 

Reason I am asking is our cruise leaves 3/10 and for GLory it lists this:

GL Tom Riccio 03/10/13 -so I assume -a new player will come on that day? From piano player reviews, I am hoping for a more interactive one, than comments I have read about Tom have been fairly negative.

I do feel lucky based on others posts. The PBE can make a full room or empty one. Hope the CD is at least good too, had Jen onetime and do not desire her again. Normally we take it all in stride, but consider this our last "all generations" family cruise together so looking forward to it positively.

You are in luck. James Quigley just joined the schedule taking over the Glory on 3/10/2013. He gets really good reviews and has quite a fan following. The thread JXR is talking about is located here: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1490867
