Hope your enjoying your cruise Dambuster, we've just got back from a similar itinerary on Mariner, what you don't realise is you've got Galveston immigration to get through when you return...and it took us over 2 hours last Sunday, it seems they spend a lot more time when they have a lot of Mexican passport holders passing through.

 

I just got off of Carnival Magic on 1-6-13....no problems with Galveston immigration. However in March I was on Mariner.....took almost 3 hours to get thu immigration....maybe a Mariner not a Galveston issue.....no flames please....RCI is my favorite cruise line!

Or a customs issue with staffing.
