Delos, anyone been?

From Mykonos next year, I am planning on taking the excursion over to Delos. Has anyone ever been? What did you think of it? Was it worth it? Also, did you buy tickets ahead of time through the ship? Or did you just buy tickets when you got to Mykonos?

We were in Mykonos last year on Brilliance. We visited Delos and had a very enjoyable time. We did a ship's excursion. There were no private /on your own trips available that day. I would recommend using a tour guide. It's quite widespread and tends to look similar, so knowing exactly what you're looking at could be difficult. If you go, wear a hat and take water. They give you each a bottle on the ferry, but we also bought additional on the island. It's very hot.

I use PrintShop. It's made by Broderbund and Costco sells it for about $49. It's very user friendly and handles text very easily. It comes with 1,000's of pieces of clipart.

To post them on webshots, I change the format to JPEG (very easy) and post like a normal photo.

Glad that you enjoyed the album. It's a great cruise, very busy, but incredibly interesting.

Please be aware that if the seas are rough the ferries will not depart Mykonos for Delos. This happened to us on our Milli sailing just last week. It was disappointing but we enjoyed Mykonos. Prepare a backup plan just in case.
