OBC question

If I booked Early Saver rate and I am completely paid and the rate for the Casino rate is cheaper can I get that rate or a refund in the form of OBC?

You should be able to , as long as the casino category is the same or higher..

If it's before the required final payment date, I think they would refund the difference. IIRC, what matters is when the required final payment date is, not whether or not you've actually paid the cruise in full.

 

I had a credit come through after I paid my next cruise in full, and received a credit card refund rather than OBC.

We were able to do it on our upcoming 1/26/13 cruise.
