Is Porto Mari topless?

I was watching a video and seems possible.

As we're travelling with kids, that would definitely not be our scene.

I think at any beach on Curacao you might run into a little topless. But we've been to Playa Porto Mari three times and there hasn't been topless women around us - or if so not many nor noticeable.

 

If you're taking the kids to Porto Mari get water shoes for them. The beach sand is very nice and powdery but there is a lot of coral along the waterline. They sell water shoes at the dive shop but you'll pay a lot less at a local discount store at home.
