Muster Drill Question

Our last cruise was on HAL and they did not require us to wear/bring the life vests to the muster drill. Is this the case with NCL also? They said it was because they were actually having more accidents with people tripping over the dangling straps. We'll be on the Gem in September.

We were on the Star a little over a week ago and we were told NOT to bring them. That being said, I would have been warmer with one on!

NCL's no longer requires you to bring life jackets either. Makes sense and no reason to run back to your cabin to get them that you would not do in a real emergency.
