What time to arrive at GIG?

We are on a 11:00 am flight out of Rio on Tuesday, February 12 at the end of Carnival.

 

If we plan to leave the ship at 7:00 am, should that allow us enough time? I'm not sure how busy the city is at that time of day.

 

Fortunately, we dock on the 10th, so the ship will have already cleared customs.
