Jewel handicapped balcony room 10144

I didn't want to hijack the other thread asking about handicapped rooms. My in-law's have a hc balcony for 3 people on the Jewel. At first they were told the 3rd person would be in an upper (by our TA) but the personal consultant just called me and I asked about it, and SHE said there is a futon for the 3rd person. I'm so confused now. Does anyone know???

I did find out the answer and thought I'd post it here in case anyone searches this down the road and wonders what the outcome was. It is covered in my other thread linked below:

Basically, the 3rd person is in an upper, the "futon" is child-sized, and they will no longer bring in a rollaway.
