Customer Care phone number?

My wife was injured during our recent cruise on the Breeze. She's ok, but was pretty banged up, and without going in to full details, there was a bit of negligence on the part of Carnival. Someone at customer service offered up the word 'compensation' but mentioned that it is handled elsewhere, but was only able to give the customercare@carnival.com email address. I think this is the sort of thing best handled with a phone call. Would anyone have a suitable number? And, does anyone have a similar experience to share?

Yes - visited the medical center and did paperwork there. Then filled out report with security person.

When you call the general toll-free number for Carnival, there is an option to select for those who just returned from a cruise & need to speak with someone about their recent onboard experience. You could try that.
