Legend Balcony Partitions

Yes they do but both parties must go to Guest Services and get your cabins on the First Come First Serve List.
There is a limited amount of clamps to secure the divider and once they run out they run out.
You can check to make sure the cabins can be opened here ...
Balcony Partitions
The balcony partition panel can be opened and secured in place against the balcony rail with the use of hardware. By doing so, the view is partially blocked. The required hardware is limited on each ship and is on a "first come, first serve" basis. On embarkation day, guests are directed to the Guest Service Desk to submit their request. Since the Room Stewards are not able to handle this job, guests are advised that the partition will be opened the very next morning.
When you book, double check that the partition can open for your balcony(some can't). Also make sure you request it early on the first day. One person from each cabin will have to go down to GS.

They forgot to open ours and I had to nag them a few times. Finally it was opened around 7 p.m. on the 2nd day.
