horsingaround Posted January 19, 2013 #26 Share Posted January 19, 2013 The same holds true for the cruisers who were suppose to board on Sunday but did not board until Monday. They will still get credit for the missing night. This is all found in the VIFP FAQ's http://www.carnival.com/loyalty/faqs.aspx#q-1197306 I find this part interesting - this was not true for my Ecstasy cruise in Last October that was effected by Sandy. We were supposed to have a 5 day cruise leaving on 10/27. We instead left on 10/28 and I only got 4 days credit. So - no credit for the missing night here. Just an interesting observation. Beebob1 Posted January 21, 2013 #27 Share Posted January 21, 2013 Your cruise history should reflect the correct number of days sailed on Carnival. They changed the loyalty program from number of cruises to number of days sailed. 25 days will get you to Gold level and free drinks at their party. Second cruise you will get a coupon for free drink (up to $9). Will coupon be per person or name on booking? Also how long does it take to be credited for 1st cruise?
