Onboard booking OBC on changed booking

I change bookings frequently, and the OBC always remains. In fact, it will adjust if necessary. For example, it may increase or decrease if the new booking is for a cruise that is longer or shorter. It will stay the same if the new cruise is the same length as the previous one.

Oh yeah...that is IF you kept the same booking number! If you started over with a new booking number, it will not remain.

Just called them and 20 mins later, they say it should have updated automatically so they will add $100, yes kept the same booking number.

Thanks

I've changed the booking I made onboard to another ship should I still get the OBC? I only ask as I've just got a new invoice and its been removed.

I don't want to get in a argument with RC if not.

Cheers.

I'd give it 2 weeks and then call. Sometimes it takes their systems some time to recognize the booking was made onboard and to re-evaluate the OBC amount.
