Circle Savings Account

Booked a cruise earlier this week and I'm looking at my Circle Savings Account. Under the "Applied Totals" it shows the $100 FCC and the $75 OBC (we are on a 10 day cruise and the FCC was from 2011). Under the "Balance Totals" it shows OBC as a subtotal of $50 and then a Total Remaining Balance of $50. What is this "remaining balance"? It looks suspiciously like a $50 OBC that I thought I was getting (+ $50 in my wife's account) when I made the booking with the TA.
