Budget Queen Posted June 4, 2005 #2 Share Posted June 4, 2005 They are different locations, haven't been to Clover Pass, but I would book the timeframe that fits best and allows other touring perhaps.

Hope so! Thanks so much, Stef Stef, would you tell us what the Orca's Cove kayaking was about ... how long, and the cost? We're going in a month. What if Wendy's in the seat behind me and I splash icewater in her face??? -Bob
goofynewfymom Posted June 5, 2005 Author #5 Share Posted June 5, 2005 Hey Bob, From what I have read on the boards the "Orca's Cove" trip, booked through Southeast Sea Kayaks, seems to be the preferable kayaking excursion to some of the others offered either by independents or the cruise line. I ended up chatting with the folks who operate the other kayak trips available and they seem very nice...I am going with the Tatoosh Islands trip...now, as far as splashing Wendy with ice cold water goes, if she is in the back, she can hit you on the head with her paddle when you aren't looking...better keep the water in the ocean!!! hooked-on-travel Posted June 5, 2005 #6 Share Posted June 5, 2005 Bob7- Check out http://www.kayakketchikan.com/guidedtrips.html for the official information about the Orca's Cove trip. We lucked into it two summers ago and it was well worth the money.
