Bus?? you can take a $3 water taxi over to Atlantis, i can't imagine walking there over the bridge and all - you can see it from the ship.

For the OP. unless you have a day pass, or going to the casino, you can't just enter atlantis and walk around. Security is at the entrances to stop you. pamtimras Posted January 20, 2013 Author #5 Share Posted January 20, 2013 Thanks for the replies... I know the two 21 year old girls want to go to Atlantis and do all the fun water stuff... No big deal if I do the water stuff. Too pricey if I really wouldn't do more than the lazy river. Just would like to see the place though..

I have used that bridge for my training runs but early in the am. The rest of PI was to flat up a good sweat.

Would you happen to know the grade and distance if I were to use this for my jog/run? I don't mind getting hot and sweaty, plus I love a challenge, but I'm used to Tennessee weather. I'll be there in 2 weeks and would love not only a good outdoor run where i'm not freezing while I take in the scenery (first cruise). Or any alternate recommendations? blueneostang Posted January 24, 2013 #11 Share Posted January 24, 2013 From the info I can gather, Atlantis may be a tourist trap for swimmers with deep pockets. The way I see it, between everything on the ship and the two ports, Atlantis should stay "lost". Just make that a direct getaway for another trip.
