Also what night was it on? Any information would be great, positive and negative. Thanks

yank268 Posted February 2, 2013 #7 Share Posted February 2, 2013 Reception Parmesan Core & Olive Chorizo & Dates, Piquillo Sofrito Focaccia, Mascarpone Cream & Prosciutto Crudo Langoustine & Sundried Tomato Jam Fritters Menu Tomatoes Our Way! Aerated Tomato Juice, Cocoa Butter Coated, Chardonnay Poached Tuna Banh MI Lemon Bread, Sesame Crisp, Miso Cream Avocado Gel Cornish Hen Caramelised, Butternut Squash, Sofrito Bavarois Spinach, Green Peas, Warm Turnip & Apple Juice Salmon Herb Pesto, Cured Tomatoes, Carrots, Fave, Mushroom Earth, Condensed Beets Wagyu Slow Stewed Short Ribs, Potato Pebbles, Pumpkin Fudge, Tomato Dust Chocolate "88F" Aerated Pistashio and Mango Cake with Mascarpone Cream, Guava and Caramel Praline. I am allergic to shell fish so I did not have the langoustine instead mine was chorizo. Also, I am not a huge fan of beef so I had lamb instead of the wagyu. You can go to the steak house and let them know of your allergies and dislikes.
