Summit 4th of July

Hello cruisers!

 

We are looking to book the June 30, 2013 Celebrity Summit cruise.

Does anyone know if they do anything special for the 4th of July?

We were on the Solstice last 4th of July and there were some lovely food sculptures with a holiday theme, ie. watermelon eagles. These were in the Oceanview Cafe. It's pretty low-key because for as much as it's our Independence Day, for many other passengers on the ship, it's not.

That's a great idea! I also brought a 4th of July t-shirt to wear that day, and red/white/blue jewelry to carry the theme. I was surprised at how homesick I felt being in the middle of the Med on the 4th. Funny.
