Can't book Allure Character Breakfast?

I wanted to know if anyone has experienced the Character Breakfast not showing up for booking? It is not showing up on my 3/24 sailing. All other Specialty Dining restaurants are there. Does it get removed from the website when it's all booked up? Or is the schedule just coming out later than everything else. I did call RCL and they can't see it either, so they said it might not be scheduled yet or might not be scheduled at all, which I have a hard time believing. Has anyone experience this?
