Does anyone know the approximate distance from a hotel in downtown BA (Puerto Madera/Florida St area) to the domestic airport (Jorge Newbery/AEP) and the oneway cabfare and travel time?

Aeroparque AEP is not far from downtown.

 

Probably no more than 15 minutes from Cordoba/Florida Street to the airport. Add 5-10 minutes from the other end of downtown.

A regular metered cab should not run more than 40-45 pesos. I would add 10 minutes to the time estimates provided by Dr D during heavily trafficked time periods e.g. rush hours.
