Elegant Nights on Carnival Breeze

My wife and I will be going on the Carnival Breeze 8 night Southern Caribbean cruise this year. She was wondering if anyone could let her know which two nights will be the Elegant Nights. I was thinking the first one will be on the third night after visiting Grand Turk where we leave at 2:00 pm. Then the second on night seven. The night after Aruba and the first of our two Fun Days at Sea heading back to Miami. I have been reading reviews in that section of C.C. But haven't found anyone talking about the Elegant Nights. Please post if you can truly answer this question.

The first full sea day is the first one (night 2 not night 3) and then you got the last one right...the first full sea day heading back to Miami. At least it was last month when we were on the ship.
