Sky Walk in the Forest

Could someone please tell me what we should wear on this excursion? Do we need to wear long pants? I understand the trail can get quite muddy so do we need to take a pair of throw away shoes? Thanks a bunch.

If you are talking about the canopy tour where you move tree to tree with ropes and pulleys then shorts are okay. You wear a harness that isn't too bad. We wore shorts and tennis shoes and were fine with it. Most of the time is spent in the trees and not on trails..at least at the place where we went to. THere are many canopy tours in Costa Rica. The one we went to was near the Four Seasons.
