Adding C&A membership # to reservation

Hello all,

 

I will be booking a cruise in the next day or two, but am going to book it through Amex travel to get the platinum card discounts. How do I provide RCI with my C&A # to get the onboard perks? I'm only at gold level, so wouldnt be any discounted rate... Do I have to call RCI to have them add it?

The travel agent should be able to add your C&A number when they make the booking. If they don't, it's easy enough to call C&A and have them add it later.
