Mixes / juice on Legend

I am sailing on the Legend Feb 24/13 ( sooo excited)!!

 

I am "first time cruiser" and my friend has been before so was telling me about the Bon Voyage program or some kind of rum runners ... I told her I would leave all of that in her capable hands of what we will drink. I am not much of a drinker, so I don't think the new Cheers Program will really work for me.

 

My question is, I know that we are are allowed to bring 12 cans of soda / or 12 bottles 20oz in our carry-on bags. Has anyone ever brought juice to mix in their liquor, as well as the soda? I do like having Coke to drink, but I don't really mix it with anything!

 

So I thought I would get some rum or vodka through the Bon Voyage program it and mix it with cranberry or peach juice. I am just not sure if we are able to bring on something else as well?!

Our recent Legend cruise was preceded by a trip to Wally World for supplies - 12 cans of Coke for me, 12 bottles of cranberry juice for Mrs. hillhouse.

 

They went through the carry-on scanners right in the plastic shopping bags and mixed nicely with our rum and vodka.

 

Have a great first cruise. Bet it won't be your last:D

I bring an extra water bottle, and get orange juice at breakfast, and save it till evening for mixing.

 

You are allowed to bring 12 bottles of non-alcoholic whatever, but they can only be 20 oz of less.
