I searched this but only came up with old posts regarding this specific topic.

Does RCCL still allow you to cash in points and apply them to any cruise as long as you have all passenger reservation info?

 

I am looking to transfer reward cash onto my daughter's reservation for OBC

yes, I was lucky enough that my parents did this for me before (and I did too). When you turn them in you will need ship name, departure date, and I think there is a note part that I always put my reservation number in.

They suggested to me to put the cruise booking number in the "Comments" field.
