Contact the Cruise Director if you or someone in your party is not in a large suite. He can help with suggestions as to location and if you want a bar service. Or you can book the Special Chops ($25/person). Others may have suggestions too.

Just remember that this party isn't going to be free. Someone will have to pay for the drinks and if you order special food, they could charge you for that also. Then there's the matter of gratuities for any crew member who will be serving food or drinks to your group. Have your travel agent contact the cruise line to inquire about a party. In most cases, they might give you a portion of one of the lounges for your group. But, if you are in a large suite, it's easy to have the party in your suite. I've done that on several ocassions on Crystal, and it worked out just fine.
