If it's like last year, they will open in the March/April timeframe.

Some may not be announced until later in the Summer. Last year, the Transatlantics were announced throughout the Spring and Summer. I actually switched Ships as I liked the change in itinerary. I think that it wasn't until July when the Mariner TA was announced.
