Any comments on the newly revamped ships???? How about this new offering?? Good value??? How about deposits??? What about payment on air??

While I have not personally sailed on this itinerary, the ship that is doing this itinerary, Viking Truvor, has been fully updated to Vikings standards which includes hotel style beds and the addition of private verandahs in all staterooms.

 

The longer itineraries on an of the river offerings are usually the best value when you consider the price per day for the cruise.

 

Deposit is $500 per person ($100 of which is immediately non refundable) and cancellations can be made up to 121 days prior without additional penalties.

 

If you select the Viking air package, final payment will be determined by the promotional booking date, otherwise it is typically at least 6 months prior to your sailing date.

 

Custom air is available for $50 per person and will allow you to select your flights and routing early to ensure you get what you want and will improved your seat selection.
