Restless Native vs Sally Bum Bum

We are planning on doing a private charter catamaran sail. Both these operators have been very responsive to emails and get good reviews. Sally Bum Bum is MUCH less expensive so I am tempted to go with them, but the low cost also concerns me. Can anyone compare these two operators?

The cruise was great but the captain is a flake. He showed up more than an hour late and when the cruise was over and I went to pay him he wanted more money than what we agreed upon and contracted for. It ruined my trip. BE WARE!:mad:
