insurance ?

My SIL want to get cancel for any reason insurance. I know this has to be purchased soon after making deposit. We don't know the cost of oour airfare yet. So when I am pricing out the insurance can I just get it on the cruise portion? Then once we book our air fare then purchase another plan? Or should I just est the flight price?

 

Another question I don't think I'll need cancel for any reason insurance so can we just purchase our own insurance plans?
