Golf / Carnival Pride

Can anyone help with information regarding golf while in the ports (Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, Cabo San Lucas) for the Carnival Pride.

 

I will be sailing this summer and am looking for average to good courses in these ports. I know you can book through the ship, but does anyone have suggestions for finding decent courses on their own? Do any courses have rental clubs (if so which ones?) or is it required you bring your own? What is the average price in American dollars I can expect to pay for green fees / per person? Should this include cart fees? If not what is the expected price for a cart?

 

Any suggestions for booking green times before you leave on the cruise? Ie... web sites for golf in any of these cities.

 

Has anyone used a loacl taxi from ship to course? If so what is expected rater per person / or per cab?
