horseback riding in nassau?

Has anyone been horseback riding in Nassau? I found the Windsor Equestrian Centre/Happy Trails website online, but it only has 8 reviews - some fantastic and some terrible. Has anyone been? What were your thoughts? Would you recommend it? Also- do they have safety helmets? Are there other riding places on Nassau that I should look at too? I'm an experienced rider, but I am also very safety conscious - trying to get a sense of whether or not I would enjoy this activity since I have loved some trail rides I've been on and hated others. Thanks!
