Water temps Freeport

Scubagirl, in Freeport going snorkeling the end of march , will the water temps be warm enough for children to stay in water to snorkel? Thinking of Pat and Diane's 3 hr trip, guess it looks safe for 7yr old looks like they have flotation devices?
