Caribbean Princess cabin question(s)

Hello,

We will be on our first Princess Cruise on Oct 1st on the Caribbean Princess. This will be our first time in a balcony room. We got a deal from Princess because we have been Carnival cruisers before. We where assigned cabin B214 which is way up front of the cruise ship. I would imagine that was due to that deal because it looks like they have only 4 cabins in that category (BF). I have two questions,

1. How windy should we expect it to be? It seems that this level the balconies are pretty much covered so I am not sure if that will protect us some?

2. Does anyone have any experience with this cabin or at least being this forward on the boat?

Thanks

An interesting question - checked the brochure for the BF and BG cabins to see if they were "bargain" cabins - because of wind? but they are shown as "not available" What does this mean????

BUT, weird thing is - just above and below (A and C decks), those front 8 cabins are not put into special classes, so what would the difference be?
