Hawaii in November on Island

We are tentatively booked on the Island for November 22, I am wondering about the balconies on the ship, where are the covered balconies? we are on deck 8, emerald forward...cabin 206 I believe..

What are the seas traditionally like on the cross over to Hawaii? Any one done november cross over?
