How to access the bow on Zaandam??????

We would like to be on the bow of the Zaandam for sail away in 2 weeks. I have looked at the deck plans but can not see exactly which deck we would access it from.

Looking at 6 there seems to be a little hallway all the way forward to the left or right. I asked this in the question forums and was thought to be just below the bridge not out to the bow.

For any of you HAL professional cruisers out there, I would greatly appriciate the correct way to find this spot. :D

Thanks ~~Angie

As a rule, on sail-away day you can not access the bow.

As a rule on sail-away day you CAN access the bow, but they may close it for the actual sail-away. On deck three (lower promenade) go all the way forward there will be a large door that does not have a crew only label on it. If you can open it, the bow is up the stairs and out another large metal door. You can also access it through the showroom on deck four, go all the way forward and try the door, sometimes this one is not open.

The only time they have opened the doors to the bow when I've been on the Zaandam is in Glacier Bay. They don't open it for sailaway. As others have said, all the way forward on the lower promenade deck, through a door, up a few steep steps and out through another door.
