AOS leaving Easter Sunday with kids- assorted questions

I know I should let some things be a surprise, but with so much expertise on these boards, I figured what the heck, I'll ask.

1. Not that it really matters, but since we'll be leaving on Easter, do they do anything different for dinner?

2. I believe that most places have Easter break the previous week- any idea how many kids we might have? Is there a way to check?

3. How is the Adventure Ocean on AOS? The impression I get is that it doesn't usually have that many kids on board, and the ratings were relative low, so I'm wondering if it's not up to snuff with some of the others.

4. Do most of the kids speak English? My son can converse in Spanish, so I'm not concerned about him, but my 12 year old daughter is the one who would really enjoy the kids club.

Thanks!
