cctimmom Posted February 19, 2013 #1 Share Posted February 19, 2013 What kind of tastings tend to be offered? (i.e., martini, beer, what else?) (I'm going on a 7-night AdventureOS, and my sister/BIL are going on 7-night AllureOS) How do you sign up (is there a table when you board, do you go to Guest Services, or do you just show up)? Sometimes a tasting will be listed in the Cruise Compass (daily schedule). I've also seen them posted in the particular venue, such as Vintages (wine bar) or the Champagne Bar. Mermanaid Posted February 19, 2013 #3 Share Posted February 19, 2013 When we were on the Mariner the tastings were posted in the Compass. You just had to show up at the venue and if enough people showed up they would swipe our sea pass and start the tasting. I'm not sure if it is done differently on a larger ship. TravelerThom Posted February 19, 2013 #6 Share Posted February 19, 2013 Is there a charge on your' Sea Pass acct, or arethey just tracking who goes?Duty Free Liquor has some walk up informal tastings [more of a sample of one or two items, not a structured tasting] without charge, but most Tastings are marked with $$$ in the Daily Compass.
