The breakfast sandwich sounds good except for the over-easy egg. Can't imagine runny egg yolk on lettuce, etc.:p

First, put egg on unbuttered whole wheat toast, then bacon (peameal preferably), then cheese which will get soft with the bacon, then tomato, salt and pepper, then lettuce and finally mayo. Carnival should have no problem making this delicious sandwich even if they could substitute regular bacon with peameal.:)

Sounds like what Adam Sandler's character made in the movie Spanglish one night when he came home from work. When he sliced the sandwhich in half the egg yolk ran out like a sauce. Looked pretty good, actually. :D
