2013 FLL Port to Airport Shuttle for Rental Car

Which car rental companies currently offer a free shuttle from the Pt Everglades docks to the FLL airport car rental facility? I need to book a car for next month and remember something about only certain car companies offer this free shuttle. (Yes I checked previous threads, but most are very old and outdated;-)

Hello, Going to the airport to rent a car is not your only option. Budget & Avis& Thrifty all have locations closer to the port and some with shuttles.

 

Check their websites and/or call to see which still have shuttles, etc.

 

We use Budget and it is just out the port exit onto 17th St. in the Quay shopping center - a cheap cab ride or a shuttle.

 

Don't know which shuttles go to the airport - never use them.

As long as you put airport as your return location there is no problem and often no charge to pick up in one place and return to another in Florida rentals.

Alamo and National share a shuttle bus to the airport. :) Be prepared to show proof or they won't let you on the bus.
