Formal Nights and Midnight Buffet on Poesia

Just wondering if anyone who has recently been on the Poesia can answer a couple of questions. We are booked for a western Caribbean next month.

 

Which nights are the formal nights? Are they sea days or days we are in port?

 

Do they still do midnight buffets? And if so, are they worth staying up for? And can you recall which night it was? We will be traveling with our 2 boys who are definitely too young to normally stay up for something like that. However, if we have a sea day the next day so they can sleep in and have a lazy day, we may consider it if they are still in good spirits that evening.
