Port Wi-Fi NCL Star

Can anyone give me feedback on wi-fi available in the following ports: Costa Maya, Belize City, Roatan (coxen hole), and Cozumel. I have heard that there is wi-fi available at the pier (when not tendered) but would like to know from those that have been there. I'm not really intreested in purchasing the wi-fi package onboard the ship. Thanks in advance!

One way to find it is to follow crew members who are carrying their notebook PCs...they are headed to one nearby. Or, ask a crew member the night before what they suggest....most of them know or can get you a good referral.
