Priceline booking (free upgrades)

Priceline has free upgrades in their booking. For instance, I can pay for a Category 7 and get a Category 5 room. I just want to see if anyone else has booked with them and if they were satisfied. They seem to have the best prices. The only hidden fee I see is a $19 processing fee (not sure if that is per person or not). Do all the online groups (travelocity, orbitz, expeida) have a processing fee? Is better to book directly with Celebrity or go to a TA? Just don't want to get scammed this is my first cruise.

Thanks...Riki

I've used them extensively for car rentals and hotels, but I've looked at their cruise offerings a lot, and I've yet to find a case where their price was a good deal. Neverless, I've met people on cruises who swear by them. My best advise would be, do a lot of research first, and then check Priceline. I've seen people pay $200 per person more for a 7 day cruise than the price being offered to the general public.
