eisenhauer.10 Posted February 27, 2013 #1 Share Posted February 27, 2013 Hi! I was wondering if anyone has taken the public bus from Bridgetown to Surfer's Point (just north of Silver Rock Beach) or Crane Beach? We are looking to rent a board for the day on a nice beach away from the crowds but don't want to spend hours on a bus. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! aimodels Posted March 1, 2013 #3 Share Posted March 1, 2013 A taxi from B'Town Harbor to Crane is about $30 USD. Cheers, P:)
PORT ROYAL Posted March 1, 2013 #4 Share Posted March 1, 2013 Hi! Yes but have to pass many taxi drivers (licenced and unlicenced) on your walk out of the port. Take the road straight out of the port keeping the sea on your right - Walk for approx 15 minutes and you will arrive at the Bus Depot - Buy your "fare payment coins" from the desk and they will direct you to the bus waiting point - Berware they drive like bats out of hell with losts of reggie music on board - Enjoy the wild experience!! - plenty of bus stops for the return trip.
