racnwdow Posted February 27, 2013 #1 Share Posted February 27, 2013 We have booked directly through RCI (just last sunday). I see the price is down $130. Do I just call and ask for the price adjustment?
Toddcan Posted February 27, 2013 #2 Share Posted February 27, 2013 Yes. But, you cannot get a price drop after the final payment is due (which, I think is 90 days before sailing for a 7 day or longer cruise).

I have done that before.
Dayenu Posted February 27, 2013 #4 Share Posted February 27, 2013 We have booked directly through RCI (just last sunday). I see the price is down $130. Do I just call and ask for the price adjustment? If before final payment, just call and ask to e-mail you a new invoice with lower price. If after the final payment, you can only get upgrade if available.

nivek82 Posted February 27, 2013 #6 Share Posted February 27, 2013 Call the crown and anchor number and just stay on the line (option 1 is for new cruises and defaults you into the regular queue.). I've found that if you call C&A and have all your information ready and sound like you know what you're doing they do things correct and quickly. I just got a bonus from work that I am contemplating using to pay off my cruise way before the final payment is due. If i do pay it off before the "due" date, will I lock myself out of any price drops? Thank you Regards, Paul
