My adventure is finally here

After months of planning and buying clothes for cold weather and asking a gazillion question, my adventure begins today. Well, I leave home in a couple of hours for the two hour drive to the Raleigh Durham Airport hotel where I will stay tonight and then leave my car while I'm away. I actually fly to Norway tomorrow.

 

I'll have Tuesday afternoon and night plus most of Wednesday on my own and then meet up on Wednesday evening with my travel buddy and the rest of the people who booked the tour package with Vantage Travel.

 

We board the Polarlys on Thursday, and off we go!

 

Thank you to everyone who gave me ideas about what to wear, how to stay safe on icy streets and sidewalks, what to expect on the ship and posting many pictures.

 

I'll give a full review when I return!
