Need advice

I am travelling with my family on the Triumph in October to Nassau and Freeport and need some excursion advice. We'll be in Nassau from 11:30am til 10pm the next day and in Freeport from 8am - 3pm. I will be travelling with my husband, then 7 month old daughter, mother who has walking problems and handicapped brother. With that troop, ease of pace is a very big issue as are facilites with a 7 month old. We are all frequent travellers and don't mind thinking "outside the box", so I'd appreciate all kinds of ideas.

Also, my husband and I would love to do some snorkeling while we are there (my mother has generously volunteered to watch my daughter) and I would love some ideas. Is there a beach where we could all be together and still go snorkeling? (We own our own snorkel equipment)

Oh, and since we will be there one evening, we weren't planning on eating on the ship that night, but in a local restuarant. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for all of the input!
